Hello, I'm Kathy and I run The Cambridge Tutor.
Having earned a BA, an MA and a PGCE from The University of Cambridge, I enjoyed a successful teaching career before setting up as a private tutor in 2014.
I tutor students who are working towards their English GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level and International Baccalaureate qualifications. Currently, I work with students from the UK, China, Dubai and Spain and my experience covers content from all the main examination boards.
Lessons are one-to-one and live on Zoom, with a shared whiteboard so we can annotate texts together. After every session you receive the annotated notes as a PDF, plus practice tasks to complete before the next lesson.
If students are prepared to put in the hard work, I will ensure they reach their full potential.
