Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital content is neither goods nor services, meaning the law is a little different. If you download or stream one of the videos within 14 days of buying it (what is known as the 'cooling-off period'), you will be deemed to have to given your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.  If you do not give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies; however, you should not download or stream your digital content until this period has ended.

This is to stop you from changing your mind after you have downloaded or streamed the content.

If you've made a genuine mistake with a purchase, please contact and we may arrange a refund or exchange the download for one you want as a gesture of goodwill.

If you are not satisfied with our products and services and are still within 5 days of your original purchase date, your request for a refund will be honoured, no questions asked.

Should you open a dispute, instead of asking for a refund, we will keep the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the dispute.
